Standard QC
The baseline for all production. Includes high-resolution photos, total count verification, and visual checks for surface finish consistency and packaging integrity.
Measured QC
Critical dimensions are formally recorded against technical drawings. Measurements are logged in a digital QC report, ensuring tolerances are met before release.
Third-Party Inspection
Optional independent audit for higher-risk or high-value runs. An external laboratory or inspection agency verifies compliance to international standards before shipping.
The SpecWorks Evidence Pack
Transparency is core to our service. Every client receives a digital Evidence Pack containing detailed measurements and photography baseline. This pack becomes the master reference for future repeat runs, locking in your quality expectations indefinitely.
Change Control
Sample Approval Baseline
The approved sample becomes our official baseline for production. All subsequent goods must meet the physical and technical specifications of this confirmed unit.
In-Production Changes
Any modifications to drawings, materials, or tolerances after production has commenced trigger a formal re-assessment of cost, lead time, and technical feasibility.
Baseline Recalibration
Approved changes result in a new master baseline. We provide a updated QC evidence pack requirements to ensure the new spec is locked before shipping.
